6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item.

Hygiene Notice: For health and hygiene reasons, used shower filters cannot be returned.

7. Warranty & Liability

Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the producer’s instructions.

All warranty claims and complaints are handled directly by the product’s producer/manufacturer. Customers may be required to contact the producer or an authorized service partner to initiate a warranty claim and provide proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use contrary to the producer’s guidelines

  • Normal wear and tear, including filter degradation over time

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
